I have set path nodes throughout my whole map 32 units apart from eachother. My whole map looks pink in radiant and i get this error

ERROR: Pathnode (Path) at (1762 3176 88) is in solid



can somebody tell me what this means and how to fix it
and please tell me i don't have to delete all of these nodes and start all over with them.

Its exactly as it says, you put a pathnode in a solid object, such as a wall thats a brush, etc.

You technically don't have to fix nodes in solid. They just won't be factored in when compiling paths. :)

Ive been deleting nodes that are in walls/brushes. Is it necessary to delete ones in trees? These trees you can walk through so idk if it's considered a solid or not

It would look kind of awkward having a zombie walk through a tree wouldn't it? And yes, I believe they are counted as solids.

heres a tip

in radiant click misc >> go to position

and paste 1762 3176 88

then click ok :D
that will take you to the problem :3

there is no "go to position" I only have Models prefabs and turrets

He means 'Misc' at the top of the toolbar. [thumbs_up]
