The size of your image needs to be a power of 2. So the dimensions of your image should look like 128 x 128, or 256 x 256, or 512 x 512, or 1024 x 1024, etc.

It's worth mentioning that it doesn't necessarily need to be a square. You can have any combination (like 256x1024 or 512x128 etc), but the main thing is to have the values of height and width as a power of 2.

You'll have to run the game using a MOD. ModWarfare will do.

First, make a IWD file with the iwi file(s) inside, and place it in the [root]\usermaps\mp_yourmapname folder. You may have to create this folder with your map's name.
See this TUTORIAL for more information on creating IWD files.

Then, after you compile and build your fast file, copy mp_yourmapname.ff and mp_yourmapname_load.ff from [root]\zone\english (if your game is in english) to the same [root]\usermaps\mp_yourmapname folder.

Next, start your map in ModWarfare.

In pakspace i do everything right but i save it as mp_troll.iwd (its my map name xD) and i change the .zip to quake pak (.pak) because i have windows 7 and it not write the .rar next to my iwd... i think this is the problem..somebody help me how i can delete the .rar for making it iwd?

You can try to open an existing IWD with WinRAR, then save it as mp_troll.iwd. Then delete everything inside and add your own files.

So, which way did you do it ?

You could also archive your image folder into a ZIP file and then rename it from mp_troll.zip to mp_troll.iwd. But make sure you change the extension and not the name (turn on "Show extension for known file types" in Folder options, in XP; not sure about other OS, but should be similar).
You could do it with WinRAR, but make sure you save it as a ZIP - this is very important.
