Hi guys, I was running a test on my my & got the following message:

worker size exceeded 3

What's this about? I've not encountered this before

Have you added anything specific to your map recently that may have caused this? Or has it just been mapping as usual?

Well, I've started to portal. The way I'm working, I have a separate 'clean' map that has my buildings & portals. So I take structures from a quadrant of the detailed map & copy them to the 'clean' map with just bldgs & portals.

I don't get the warning when running the clean map- just the 1 with the details. I know the map with all the details has bldgs that I haven't finished portaling.

Is this what's causing an error/warning?

Very common error coming up after portalling if map is ran in Devmode. Some stock maps actually also produce this message. From experience i have never seen this error affecting portal functionality.

I would say check the portal with the usual "/r_showportals 1" and if all appear OK you can safely ignore that.

Post your compile log.

I've never had this error, can you suggest a stock map zeroy that has it so I can better look into it (also is it produced on level load?)

Check mp_overgrown but it needs to be run with

"+set developer 1" and "+set thereisacow 1"

Techno, sorry for the delayed reply got caught up on stuff. At first I didn't think it was that big a deal since I knew I hadn't finished portalling my structures& I didn't get the warning when ran the 'clean' map.

I have included a link to the errlog & compile log from my latest build.

I now have a new warning when I run the map:

portal plane buffer full flushing
----

Is it possible to have too many portals or is map too big???
