No AJ. Markmonitor owns none of them, it has nothing to do with any of them... Markmonitor is just a brand protection and anti-fraud agency that has links to there sites. Activision publish Call of Duty, a bit like a book publisher publishes a book if you like, then Infinity ward and Treyarch develop the game, then Activision release the game.

Due to the inability of certain members to follow forums rules, this topic has been locked. Just for reference to anyone searching this information. Markmonitor is just the company that manages the domain names of sites, basically they help you set up your site and make sure nobody steals the domain name, as well as giving you a place to host it. Activision publishes and owns the rights to the call of duty franchise. Infinity Ward and Treyarch are the actual game development studios that create the games.
