I followed the tutorials, installed the updates correctly, but I click convert in launcher I get this: (Imageshack cut the picture in half)
EDIT: Should be in World at War, don't know why it put it here.

Have you tried running in compatablity mode? Right click the shortcut, enter properties - compabilty, check the box which says 'run this program in compatability mode for:' and select xp.
