Ok well we have auto turrets in sp and im using the mp quickchat menu and im trying to assign it to the "B' button.

Heres the code

I get no errors at all but when i push the B button nothing comes up.

Yes i have but for some reason this one just doesnt wanna show up.... My other menus do but they are opened and timed b4 closing and i want this one to open when a player pushes a button. Not sure what i did wrong tbh.

ButtonPressed() is a multiplayer function only:

From the IW Script Commands HTML file:

Quote:
ButtonPressed( < buttonName > )

MP Only


Summary:
Check if the host is pressing the button/key, "BUTTON_A", "BUTTON_B", "K




Call this on:
The player (it will only check the host player's buttons though)



Example:
while( self ButtonPressed( "BUTTON_A" ) ) ...


It also doesnt work for PC - it is a Xenon function (to check if the host is pressing a certain key).

My method for monitoring custom buttons (i.e. you can bind any key to a custom function) works in SP, CoOp and MP, so you can use that:

Demon your a life saver man thanks alot ill work on this is see if i can get it working :]

Thing is demon the way i did it does work just not for the menu i had it like that for the laser sights in my zombie mod :p but you have to mash the darn key down to get it working lol.
