http://www.neowin.net/news/kotick-audience-quotclamoringquot-for-call-of-duty-subscription-service I'd be very surprised if the "[Call of Duty] audiences are clamoring for it" - maybe on consoles, but definitely not PC. Sounds to me like just another way to rip us off.

I saw this article yesterday too and wasn't sure what they were saying... could they really be saying that the consumers wants to pay a monthly fee to play CoD? Quotes from Kotick... wow... paying for xbox live is already bad and they want us to pay for a subscription for cod now??? hahaha bye to any cod thats gona charge me for subscription.

meh - methinks this is the WoW type of game/title that ActiBlizz has planned for the CoD franchise...the CoD MMO

Yea I was thinking same thing as he kept saying Call of Duty online world, which gives me impression the MMO version they want to make or are already creating. If its a mmo they can charge a monthly service as they see fit as most mmos have a sub fee or are free to play except if you want the really good gear and limitations taken off your account. If he is not talking about the MMO and instead talking just CoD in general than I will just switch to another game for enjoyment.

A war styley MMO... Think i like the sound of that, has a lot of potential in a very large market. But im quite the fan of MMORPG's or in this case MMOFPS

i like mmo, but as everyone knows on this site by now that i like playing games on xbox360 and like modding for PC ofc. so i just hope the mmo goes to xbox360 as well but if we have to pay for the subscription thats gona be a pain, for the game is gona be 60$ then the charge for subscription wich is idk how much $ and then 50$ bucks a year for live or 20$ every 3 months i mean it will cost a fortune to me.
