All the files you need to make a tanks map, or add tanks to your map, including the .map file, clientscripts, gsc file, csv file, ambient sound files etc: (the files I used for my mp_gits_tanks map)
If I've forgot any let me know please and I'll add them.

There are 2 tank prefabs, one German and one Russian.
You will find them here:
map_source/_prefabs/mp

veh_panzer
veh_t34

There's a limit to how many tanks you can add to your map, don't go over 16,
I have about 10 on my tanks map.

If you use the files to make your own map just replace mp_tanks_test with the
name of your map in the files.

The multiplayer.csv file.
This file is used for the announcer you hear at the start of the map, the voice you here.

If you use this file for your own map open the multiplayer.csv file found in the raw/soundaliases folder, with Notepad and do a find and replace.
Find what: will be mp_tanks_test
And Replace with: will be the name of your map, then choose Replace All.

To compile the map tick all the boxes except:

Compile Vis
Connect Paths
Run Map After Compile

When the map has compiled click on the tab Run Game

Set Exe Type to MP
Set Mod to mp_usermaps
Set devmap to the name of the map
If you want you can set thereisacow (Enable Cheats) to 1
and developer to 1

Then click on Run Game.
When your game starts open the console and type:
/map mp_tanks_test
or
/map mp_nameofyourmap
