Make sure nothing is touching the skybox ( likes trees or something) and/or if you use the CSG Subtract it could leave small brushes that are not on the grid. Im not sure if they could cause it though :(

checked the skybox... nothing touching.... and i never use any csg function so.... :/

ill check skybox one more time.

Have you tried the pointfile to see if it can point you to the leak?

With your map loaded in the editor, go to "file" then down to "pointfile" click.

See if it shows a red line and if so follow it, it should show you the leak. It could be that your sky box may just be one grid 1 gap open. Sometimes very hard to spot.

tried point file... did get the red line, followed it, zoomed all the way in.. no gap :/

Along with checking for gaps and anything outside or touching your skybox make sure your skybox brushes are structural. I'm pretty sure that it they're detail or non-colliding your skybox will leak and the pointfile won't show you where.

I did this once. copied and pasted into a map and it shot it like waay outside my box. Pan out and see if you have anything hanging out there. Another direction.

Also if you angle your edges on the skybox corners make sure all your angle moved all the way to each other.

nothing was way outside my skybox... but the funny thing is that i was missing ( wasnt really missing but it was sticking outside of the skybox from inside) was a mountain lol....




only a little piece from the bottom tho :P
