Is there any way to put lines in a road like two yellow lines in the middle?

I would make a custom texture using photoshop/GIMP. That is really the best thing you could do. You could fit the texture by bringing up texture options, that way it will make a road.

there is the textures already. but its hard lining them up i spent an hour on 1 small detailed road..

try using ICBM stripe yellow under the decals section.

Thanks for all the replies, but here are some errors for you.
I try to convert the road texture, (DDS FILE) and it says i dont have enough mip maps. I click generate mip maps in paint.net but it still doesnt work.

As for the ICBM striped line, i want a full yellow line.

Try using .tga 24bit and make everything default when you convert, but make where it says under color map (no tile) and the one beside it where it says mip standard (2X bilinear) make it nomip bilinear.

The reason it says that (too many mip maps) is because you haven't flattened your image. You must have created a Alpha Channel for your texture? Once you've created that Alpha Channel, flatten it, then save it normally.
