alright guys, I'm having abit of a problem with the redirect to my server.. The mod thats on my server downloads fine, and some other map .iwds But I uploaded one of my own maps to test it with a couple of mates the download starts then afew seconds in...and then download shuts off.. Ive no idea whats goin wrong

do you have your file structure correct for custom maps?

yeah its all working perfect mate, Some files actually do download but its just a certain few that start to download.. afew seconds in it shuts off.. Its like the whole map isnt there to actually download or something...

if your file structure is correct both on your server and redirect then it should work just fine.

to be honest i have come across this from time to time and when any of my friends download they also have the same issue but they always download the map with no errors.

strange.it seems as though they did not download the whole map but in actual fact they did, must be that super fast connection they have.

I've come across this a few times too, check sv_dldisconnected is set to 0 on the server.

EDIT: I now have another problem The .IWD file will download fine, But then once it comes to downloading the 2 map .ff files.. It hangs for afew seconds then switches to downloading directly from the server (leaving out the http redirect) :S
