Does any one of You Guys know how to set an AssMan to get glowing light texture like this one on attached image?

Any advice would be wellcome[wave]

try ticking "no light map" and no "dynamic light" in the special surface properties.

doesn't seem to work.[sad] I've ticked those options, puted new material and img into .iwd, recompiled bsp, reflections, and ff files, and it's not working[ohwell]

i didn't mentioned that only texture i made is 24bit .tga bitmap as a color map. There is no normal map or spc/cos

does are 2 completely different models. one of them is made to look like it has the light on and the other one to have the light off so all u need is to look for them and thats it.

I know these are different models.

It's not about those two lamps on screenshot, they are an example of what i want to do with my custom model of lamp.

Textures for those on ss ale slightly different.
"light on" has a bit brighter colmap than the "light off".
Adjusted texture gives no result.

So, going this way, i missed something in AssMan.

But what did i missed??[confused]

try material type "model unlit" in assman for the self illuminated parts of your model...

It's working.

I couldn't set up "model unlit" because of missing techset, but "world unlit" works just perfect[smokin]
