After working with the Editor this evening I thought I was making some real progress. From the screenie I posted everything was going just fine. I duped that brush a couple of times making about 3 backup copies at different stages. I had the four shapes in place and went to run it in game. Error. Well I will shutdown and roboot.
The friggin game is generating the same error I saw when trying to test from the Editor. The map file didn't generate an error on compile.
So guess I will have to reload UT2K3 and then go from there. Here is the error message.

Downloaded the UT2K3 patch, installed and it looks as if that fixed both the game and the editor runs the map fine. I mean both have been working fine till today. Go figure.

Is this the Beta Patch that everyone is talking about red?

I'm asking because I'm wondering if I should load it on the server.

Cheers

That's the one. A little over 7 meg. There was another fix but I found the patch first. Of course after the patch I had to reset everything. I was on the Server last night after the patch. The server was fine. If you apply to the server you will have to reset everything I think.
Most of these notes at bottom are from a thread at UT2003 Forum.

Note: Remember Not to delete the ini files that begin with "Def" as those are default files that you need to keep. I think these are what UT uses to generate the new INI files from the Fix. But I am not 100 percent sure without testing it myself by deleting them all and see what happens.

The fix was: Delete UT2003.ini then restart UT2K3 or the Editor and a new ini file will automatically be generated. If this fails then delete both Unrealed.ini and UT2003.ini.
