Thanks Fox. Up until today I didn't understand what the MyLevel was for. I thought it was just a name. For those that don't know MyLevel is used other places too and it means that it will be stored in your Map File and compiled with your Map File. So Package=MyLevel.

I thought it was simply an anonymous group name that, when creawting terrain textures, created the same-name texture pack that could accompany your map.

You are telling me that myLevel is an actually name that is neccessary to use in a map?

I think that is what I read. Anytime you have to enter a Package Name it should be MyLevel. Like when you create the Heightmap it will be stored in the level and will be part of the level.
