I added dogs to my map mp_pow_arena recently for the Zombie X mod, ive tested it alone using devmap and whatnot and it works all fine, but when when have it on the server as soon as they spawn, it laggs the server out like hell. Ive searched a few posts and havent found anything ive already done. Any help would be greatly appretiated. Thanks.

ask techno2sl he added a rolling fog that seemed to help the lag out problem im not really familiar to the cod tools however his dogs dont lag like the stock maps

I have the same problem, i used the modsrepository tutorial and they lagg like crazy in zombieX.

Does it lag without the ZombieX mod? Because if it doesnt, then its a mod problem, isnt it? So in that case, go to the ZombieX mod site and talk to the mod creator about it.

nah they also lagg when they run in without any mod (for me atleast)

The lag will be caused by runtime errors, but I doubt you've even checked console to see what they are, right?

Part of a modder/mappers skill set is to trouble-shoot their work. Find out how to enable logfile, and run in developer mode so that you get to check for errors as a routine thing.

script runtime error potential . . . killing thread, i tested it out on a server and go that error when they tried to attack.

it also said

atleast for my map

and i had checked the console before and i couldn't make any sense of it at the time and i also couldn't remember what it said
