Hey,
I'am looking for the file that list al the models in codrad...
i thought it was called cod.gsc
and i found it here before but couldn't find it anymore...

and second.. i had a question about the lightning in codrad..
somehow i created a map where i get perfect light everywhere... (no shadows i suppose)
anyway i dont know how i created it and it would be far more easier to test my map without putting light everywhere..
could anyone help me with this?

, Richard

This may help find the models you're looking for:

Download This

To have shadows you'll need to set your worldspawn settings and compile with Flare enabled, and ensure you don't have a leak.

Search "Worldspawn settings" for info on that...

There is a file in the tuts that gives you the "official" settings.

usually this means you created a map that leaked - causing an overbright lighting situation in the final product

your models would appear black unless you added a worldspawn

adding an ambient and color setting to your worldspawn will light your map[angryalien]

For testing you can also not run the flare part of the compiling. Saves alot of time, but the map will look very light, because the worldspawn values won't be used. Alos, as stryder pointed out, your models will all be black or very dark.

the file i am looking for is a file you place in your main map and when you start codrad and rightclick you see al the models... it was something with cod.gsc i think... (not sure about extension name)

anyway thnx for reply's (and sorry for the bad english):p
