Since this error wasn't in my other post I made a new thread. The error in particular is the

When I go to that location, it drops the camera at floor level, but I don't see anything unusual there. I was expecting to see a empty red box deal. All that's there is a floor slab with a chipped paint decal which has been there for a while with no problems.

The only recent thing I tried was to block sun shadows from coming in through the windows, but I didn't add anything near the floor.

Any clue how I can find this element so I can zap it? I can't run the map with this error. Thanks for the help as usual in advance.

That is just a warning which has something to do with badly carved brushes (or vertex manipulation) or decals.
You still have that error "Texture repeats too many times". I would check that out first, because an error can break the compile process, while a warning cannot.
You should delete all the brushes that are bad (but make a backup of your map first) and try to compile again.

But from the log, I see the map is compiled.

The repeating problem was definitely the roof windows I made. I've attached them in case anyone wants to adjust the textures so it doesn't have an error. No big deal though, I've replaced them with a flat window. Just looked a little better with the a-frame style.

I think it was the edges that kept coming up in the error.
