So i take this will not pass because of the legality. :( oh well. I can see why. Would it be possible to post them as a tutorial only using the very important parts using the techniques that they have used, without it being taken down? I would find it a waste to just let this info go away.

oh forgot to put that nothing would be dl. Just a tut showing wat key/values were used and watnot.
This topic was well discussed in today's show of MODSonair. It will be live on Friday for all to review if you want.
Basically, it comes down to the fact that I don't want to be held responsible for distributing content that is a clear violation of the eula. It has been made quite clear in this forum thread that I am aware of how it was obtained from the game files which breaks the eula and that I would be held responsible for its redistribution if modsonline were to allow such a thing. It is for this reason I can't allow it.
However, if anyone wants to post tutorials on things they have learned on their own that has not been publicly expressed as breaking the eula, that would be wonderful. I'm not telling anyone to violate the eula and I am suggesting that you do not infer that you have broken the eula.
I have messages out to some IW people and sadly I don't expect a reply. If they do reply, I will let you all know.
