wow nice this looks like alot of fun to play on every one on modsonline that i see making a map are really good for some reason. i like to see the new maps coming out for waw. now only if i had waw lol.

thanks guys. [cool]

@dundy - it was a pain....but roughly...

4x4 patch for the crossed road part, set to "no tile" in assman, then "fit" to your 4x4 patch. ("cullface - none" if u want it reversable).

same for road texture, 3x 4x4 patches welded up and rotated as necessary.

did i send u the road textures? i can do, and a prefab example of the patchwork. [wink]

i've had a good week at this!

LOTS of extra bits! [biggrin]

helps when the game shows u the same as the editor tho! [cry]

at the mo, my snow texture causes "technique set" errors and makes my snow non-colliding and i have end caps on cylinder patches not showing in game...joy! [cool]

2 steps forward and one step back! as always with this stuff! [biggrin]

still not sussed my snow texture problem! [sad]

got no more errors, yet, ever since i blended a particular (large) part of my map, half my snow texture have no collision! [banghead]

gonna have to do something drastic i think....

got no more portal errors now tho! suppose thats something...[biggrin]

Using cod4 snow ...works with out any problems

If you want i sent you the tut again on using cod4 texture..

i'm just gonna have to back my map up and start caulking parts at a time until i find the offending patch. [sad]
