Anybody know how to create a custome loadscreen, like when a level loads and you see a screenshot of it witha description, and how to get it to display when youre level loads?

Not sure It's something I need to figure out myself but I'm not at that point yet so I've not needed to. A good place to start is maybe the video tutorial about creating a custom image for multiplayer maps maybe you can go from there. Marcus

Here are two tutorials I found hope they are what you want not sure how good they are as I have not had doom3 on my pc for a long time now to try them out.
