Well I started on a map for the contest and I keep getting this error randomly, I have already reinstalled L4D2 + Tools :/.

Does it happen every 5 mins or so?, Try turning off autosave.

Try this, go to the tab thats says; ''Tools'' then ''Options''... Click on the "General" tab and un-check "Use VGUI model browser". Click the '3D View'' tab and un-check ''Animate models'' Lastly, open your map, go to the ''View'' tab and select ''3D Textured Polygons'', make sure you DONT select the ''3D Shaded...'' See if that helps at all.

Did you try Rasta's method? Also how much RAM do you have, When was the last time you turned off/restarted your PC?

Yeah I tried Rasta's method also, Under properties my computer says Ah yes, I haven't restarted in a while I'll try that.
