When I test run my maps, I never use a Usermaps folder, if this is what you mean. I leave my FF files in "zone/english" and I put my IWD in whatever mod I want to test the map with, Modwarfare or whatever. This is how you test your map with other mods to get the right capability, at least the easiest way I know how to do it without copying files all over the place. Why move a file if you don't need to?
