As the title says I cant do any right click in the radiator. Anybody knows why?

make sure ur rightclicking in 2D not the 3D window

I had that a few times, i believe it too be a bug with the program and the cause i found was size of the window, for example if you have it in windowed mode, try maximising or resizing the window a bit, always worked for me so worth a shot.

You should be able to right click in both windows, try checking the preferences for any options related to the mouse buttons and then maybe reinstall Radiant if the problem persists.

Double Checked all the preferences & Double reinstalled the radiator - but problem still exists. Further Info: I have 2 version of CoD2 running on my harddrive 1.2 & 1.3 - The installer copies all the files in 1.2 folder but I need 1.3 to map, could it be that I forgot to transfer some files to 1.3 folder. I transfered: - map_source - source_data - xanim_export - Docs - deffiles - collmaps - bin - aitype
