Return to Activision and Infinity Ward's portrayal of World War II in
the upcoming sequel to Call of Duty.

Explore stories of war's horrors from the perspectives of four different soldiers in Call of Duty 2.
The game will allow gamers to fight through the campaigns
chronologically or follow the game's character-driven storyline.
Upgraded A.I. means squad combat is taken to a new level, and
concealment will become an important new part of combat.

Infinity Ward has developed the Battle Chatter System for the sequel.
The system allows a player's squad-mates to deliver context-sensitive
updates on the battle in real-time. Additionally, the game features a
new emphasis on advanced combat tactics like outflanking and fire and
maneuver capabilities.

The follow-up's visuals are powered by a proprietary new engine
in development at Infinity Ward. "In Call of Duty 2, we are creating
the most intense and realistic action game imaginable with a stunning
visual atmosphere and an advanced technology that delivers an
unprecedented level of authenticity," says Grant Collier, President of
Infinity Ward.

Call of Duty 2 is scheduled for a fall release on PCs.
