Im sure its pretty simple but i guess thats why I cant figure it out [sad]

So this is what I need pure and simple - music playing in the background and a voiceovers playing at the same time, I usually use the playmusic command for that as it has to appear that the voiceover is from the character, but when I have music it doesnt show, I dont want the music to be ambient as I allready have an ambient track running.
In short how can I have voiceovers, music and ambient at the sime time.

try editing some files and combining some of them. Might work. How about maybe play a sound in space with the ambient track and the voice over as a voice over. i think that can work out.

Im not sure what you mean, Are you suggesting to make the music ambient and play the voiceovers as music. Or you mean play music normally and have voiceovers play from a certain place, because that doesnt work, ive tried.

If you look at the "common.csv" soundalias it might give you clues on how your alias should look.

Just thinking off the top of my head, I would first set my music to play as ambient or music, but it needs to be cued and stopped from script, obviously. The alias though should define it as ambient or music.

The voiceover should be played as a voiceover. Look at the common.csv and see how they did it for voiceovers, just replace the file used and alias name and mapname. This would also have to be cued through script, most likely the time when you are animating your character or at least making him move. Use the name of that entity to play that voiceover, so this way it can come from the character talking and not just "some place".

I don't know much about SP but for the most part, it should stay the same. maybe someone else can clear that up.

weel deek cleared it up a bit but theres also a setting i think to play a sound in space. so u would eventually have all 3 sounds like u wanted.
