check your compile log for lightgrid errors
also i have seen issue where too many tree models cause a weird shadowing -not unlike what you are seeing

Bad or inverted patch.

Delete it or invert it back up the right way.

The black spots look very weird.. possibly a light map error but not certain.

If this is over your entire level then I would suspect something affecting your worldspawn like a bad brush/leak etc.

For future reference, you can often fix these black spots (most common on terrain meshes used for roofs) by cycling the quads of the mesh in the area where the spots appear.

Select the mesh, press the Cycle Edge Direction on Terrain Quads button (20th from the right) and left click on the part of the mesh where the spots appear. Displaying the meshes verts or deselecting will disable this button.
