I want to make a Carnival/amusement park themed map, does anyone have or know where to get a few prefabs of rides or concession stands..i know its a long shot and ill probably end up doing all new prefabs, but i just wanted to check! Thanks!

your probably going to have to do them all. best bet is to do that.

IIRC There was a few in cod4 you could probably import.

yeah, they were models though not prefabs- like the ferriswheel- no way to import it :(

I believe your going to have to custom make prefabs. [sad] Unless you can find some ones on the internet in .obj format and convert them to xmodel; but I personally think creating them in radiant would be better in the end. [thumbs_up]

I had a nice working carousel when I was working on a carnival as well. I started realizing what a massive project that was and got depressed, stopped, deleted it all in stupidity [mad]

You can use the xmodel to obj tool developed on iwnation by a fan to get the xmodels to obj's then import to milkshape and export to .map's for radiant. This works with CoD 1 so I don't see why it wouldn't work in this situation! Hope it helped, Deadly!
