Is it possible to use the prefabs and models in CoD maps in my map? If so where are they?

take a look at the tutorial i wrote up for setting up the editor for CoDUO here you can disregard the last bit about extracting the stuff for UO, but the pre-requisites are that you have cod radiant set up properly, and it walks you through pretty well
