Yes, here's another question ... I did search for a topic like this, but couldn't find one. I'm sure there is one though... So I tried to start UO Radiant, but it shows up with no textures folders or drop-down selections. I followed this tutorial, but it wouldn't let me export the xmodels into the uo folder. Any other way?

Well, that is the way to get models and textures into your game...i would go back and ensure that you are following the tutorial step by step as it has worked for everyone for well over 5 years most common errors with setting up the editor are missing or skipping a step - try again and let us know how you did
