attached are three pics you've seen, but I've marked the elevator to make sure we're looking at the same thing.

I actually was gonna leave the elevator out of it, as there are three stairwells already and I figured that would simplify things. if you want to put it in anyway, you can see where it fits on the revised topfloor diagram. you may have to shift the stairs a bit to accommodate it.

also, you can see in that first floor pic w/ the elevator outlined that there is actually no third floor balcony like there is on the second floor in the entranceway. I added a smaller balcony to the 3rd floor cause I thought it might be fun to jump from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, but you do whatever you like.

and to answer your questions: the elevator goes from the first floor to the third, but does not extend down into a basement. there actually is no basement, except a little bit of one in the back next to the parking deck where the stairs come out into the lower parking lot.

in the attached parking deck pic you can the vehicle entrance in the left foreground. the rear wall of the garage (at the base of the rear of the building) shows a set of double doors, but these are not the doors to the stairs. the door to the stairs is kind of hidden behind the cab of the pickup truck.
