IvanFilip, I'm currently working with Tiger tanks myself and so I'll be working with their turret functions, if it all works I'll post a tutorial but it might be a couple of days as at the moment even my halftracks hate me hehe.

phedon, unknown soundalias sounds like it could be a problem with the .csv file itself, post the soundalias your using. if it's the one from the tutorial I remember it copying a space from the webpage format which can't be recognised by the game.

thx for fast reply, but where should i save the .csv-file?

in c:\games\call of duty 1\uo\maps\soundaliases?

many posts say, that ambientPlay is only for MP-Maps?

in call of duty 2 you have to got it in main/soundaliases, and i was making maps for coduo but i havent know about the soundaliases than but i think its pretty much same ;)

so, it would be call of duty/uo/soundaliases :D

okay, i think i suffer from echolalia, but..
once again it works! you helped me out so much, guys!

created these folders+files:
\sound\ambient\amb_xxx.mp3
\soundaliases\[mapname].csv
\soundloadspecs\sp\[mapname].csv

in my \uo directory et voila - what an ambiet [thumbs_up]

works like a charme!

well...i've got to tell you that you're the first person I have helped on modsonline.com and I am really glad, you know :)
I hope I will learn more stuff about mapping and help other guys out. And btw I am asking other guys too for help..so may you :) Phedon, you made me feel better :)

P.S. you may search pak's from uo or main folder and search for soundaliases, you may find lot of cool stuff and sounds in the .csv's from cod and cod uo :)
