Hi,

I'm having a problem with my fastfile, i have the map compiled, nothing wrong with the compile log and the bsp is around 24mb.

When i build the fastfile it's over in aprox. 3 seconds and the map fastile is 5kb, the localized fastfile is 1kb. no errors in the fastfile log

I have tried many times but nothing, really appreciate any quick response.

Thanks
lynx

Hmm, maybe the zone source file is screwed up somehow? Have a look and see if:

col_map_mp,maps/mp/mp_mapname.d3dbsp

is still in there.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Yes i checked, its calling the bsp and gsc, i even added few random .gsc files just to make sure it was working and this confirmed it was.

I also added a few thing to the actual map such as increasing the lightgrid size and some random brushes to see if it effect the filesize, but nothing.

not sure what to suggest...how far are you into the map? You could try renaming the .map and recompiling everything.

If you are good friends with another mapper send him your files and have him try to compile it. This will help to determine if it is something messed up on your comp.
