If you mean an actual model, one that was created in Maya etc. Then make sure it is the right format for radiant this would be an .xmodel

If your reffering to a prefab such as a model made in radiant. Go to the 2-D grid; right click and select prefab that go to the location.

Also here is a tutorial for importing Xmodels in CoD2.

Ahhh, this isn't quite a model. Basically its a map file that is portioned so you can rotate it etc. With ease in a large map.

With this type of file you do not have to import it, just a silly mistake. All you have to do is put it in ur map source or prefabs folder, and open it in radiant.

To open follow this.

1. Open Radiant
2. Select File->Open
3. Find the file and select it.
4. Hit open.

To use it in a map. Simply do the same you did before to add a prefab.

Right-click on 2D view

From menu displayed, Select Misc > Prefab

This will then open a file open menu, select the .map file you are trying to add.
