i have no clue as to why my ai ( on allies ) will stop if i am cooking a nade. the way i have it set up on the script is that i have him do an anim in which he kicks a door open and then hes suppose to run outside to a node. but if i start to cook a nade while hes doing the xanim and by the time hes done with the anim he will just pause and wait there till i get rid of the nade. The same thing will happen if i aim down my sights on another part of my map after he is done doing an anim, and its just me and him no baddies...Oo.... can someone explain why does he do that, so that i can prevent him from doing that any more further. thanks.[cool]

you can try to set ignoreMe=True on that AI. I think in general, friendly AI tries to not get in your way, so you have to tell them to ignore that directive.

sevenz i used this :

node1 anim_reach_solo( level.ally, "kick_door" );

the problem would be, as i mentioned before, if i were to start cooking a nade when anim_reach_solo starts and by the time hes done with anim_single_solo he would just stop and wait for me to throw my nade. idk why. i did try ignoreall = true; and that still failed, he would stop if i aimed down my sights.
