is possible to make something like animated texture in cod?i mean that it looks like .gif file...or flash...i hope that you will understand me

The simple answer is that the textures can't be animated (GIF is not a compatible texture format). However, what you're trying to do may be accomplished through other means (e.g. scripting).

http://www.qeradiant.com/manual/Q3AShader_Manual/ch05/pg5_1.htm try animmap. i'm not sure if it works in CoD, but its worth a try.
