Can any one help me. Im trying to create my own gametype for this mod i have. Idk how to create one. The One Person Who Can Teach Me, Choses Not to. The Other Person That Can Is Never On. I NEED HELP! i want. ->Intructions how to make a gametype.

What kind of gametype? Making a game isn't as simple as a set of instructions. I suggest you learn how to do some coding in the language CoD uses. You can look through stock scripts to get familiar with it. gametype = bs bs = boomstick i want to create a gametype named boomstick. and its mainly a dm but i want it to be boomstick and when u look next to a server. instead of dm, i want it to say bs.

If you want to change name of a gametype only, then go to the folder maps/mp/gametypes and copy files "dm.gsc" and "dm.txt". Change their names to "bs.gsc" and "bs.txt" accordingly. Then open bs.txt file and write there full name of your gametype ( it will be shown while loading any map in this gt ).

well i know how to change the name of the gametype. but when you look at a server on the servers list. where it says. tdm dm sd hq ctf well i want it to say "bs" instead of dm
