I have imported some vehicles from Sims2 into CoD UO and used them as static xmodels but I am having trouble in tagging them to be usable vehicles. On exporting the horch model from CoD into Ms3d I found that the tags had no material assigned. However I cannot export meshes or groups that are unassigned to a texture. Can someone please explain to me how to tag vehicles and use them in CoD UO? I don't mind about making moving wheels. I just want the model to replace the jeeps in existing maps like the speederbike mod.

Dont know much about ms3d but to replace somthing you just call it by thats name in its own .pk3 file and in the right folder or if you edit the .menu and copy the data of tanks or jeeps.

But to tag, i dont know in ms3d, but in maya you create a joint and "bind" it to the specificied part but you give that joitn a name from the actual one so it replaces that. But i do not know the names of these joints as i can't open up models with the riggin still in but for wheels it would be somthing like J_WheelRghtfrnt. For the front right wheel i dont know if it is that but youget my drift.. hopfulyl =P

So I must place joints not textureless boxes? But textureless boxes are what are shown when I put the existing horch into ms3d. How do I know where to place joints if the existing model has big boxes?
