im trying to make something like you type something and some words come on the screen like the server is locking up or something but for everyone to see it.

you can do that through the server console by typing "say" then a space and then what you want the server to say

just do something like... bind X "say DAS SERVER IS LOCKING UP NOW FOO!" no need to make a new cvar

lol ok then i want to make a new cvar where i can choose someone and make cg_shellshock go to 25 and say like follow the rules.
