Hi folks, now as many members on here at MOL would know I'm an old duffer... There is nothing I can do about that.. no magic wands or any device can turn back the clock.. Sooo what I was wanting to say and ask is this, I still love playing COD W@W my son Azz made me a decent spec comp that runs the game quite well. However I obviously find I am no match for you younguns as at my age reaction becomes more a memory than a reflex action.
So I was wanting to ask if anyone knows of any clans / servers that cater more for old duffers like me? Somewhere where I can park me xzimmer frame up, get me ppsh out and have a good old "saunter" around and maybe kill a few lol.
Any serious answer / help would be much appreciated, however I expect a ribbing but that will just cheer me up anyway.

You should check out DemonSeeds mod which allows CODWAW to play like CODUO/2 a bit more, which in my opinion is much better than this fast-arcade shooter we have today.

I don't know of any OAP clans, your free to join me for some zombies or adversarial any day though

I just read this, and had to respond. A few years ago (about 4) I was in the same situation as you DadofAzz, I myself am an old duffer, and through a friend I got hooked up with the clan I am in now. We call ourselves the OBC, Old Bastards Clan. It was started by a group of friends about 6 years ago to play Medal of Honor SpearHead online together. The clan has grown to 500+ adults ( I think it is closer to 700 now)from around the world (in 17 countries I beleave, including U.S.A. Canada, UK, Europe and many more) representing a wide variety of game types. Games like the Medal of Honor series, the Call of Duty series, the BattleField series, CounterStrike:Source, L4D, or RPGs. OBC was formed with one goal in mind. To have fun with your friends playing games you like. We don't allow abusive or offensive language in our game servers or forums. Our servers are admin'd to keep the atmosphere fun for all. If you're 25 or over and would like to join , just leave me a message here and we can get you started and fill out an application.
