Is english your first language? And what problems are you having? there are many resources and very skilled people here that can help if you post a question you need anwsering.

as rasta said, welcome to Modsonline, a first tip to modding and mapping ; "know the english language" meaning you should be doing well in english text reading and understanding to be able to learn how to mod or map. (because most software tutorials are in english, including those for modding in CoD).

if i only knew how to mod, i'd gladly help you. But if you run into some Mapping problems, don't hestitate to stop by

lol i know how to talk english it is my 1st language im 15 and i use msn talk most of the time but if you want em to talk properly, well then sure

so im basicly asking for some1 to help me learn i am bad at modding i know how to use packscape and edit weapon attributes, but saddely not making mods so can some one step forward and help me make one im looking to make a bolt sniper mod for my clan

And what do you want this "Bolt Sniper" mod to do that the standard game doesn't do already?

well, 1 shot kill custom scopes with 1st weapon bolt second weapon sniper and a choice of a few new weapons(unscoped spring field,druganov(cod uo setting(by this i mean doesnt look modern)))

hmmm. you need to take apart a mod and learn how to do it - look in the gfx folder for the scopes, the weapons/mp folder for the weapons, the xmodel and related x... folders for the models, the ui_mp folder for the menus, the sound folder for the weapon sounds, etc.

Then piece together your mod from that, working on a piece at a time.

You can download loads of mods that you want to borrow bits from from many sites like codfiles, filefront and here etc. search your own cod folder for pk3's that relate to mods you like that have gragunovs in them etc.
