I fail to believe that this was an absolutely untraceable act. its impossible to expend that kind of damage and not leave anything behind. I find the person who did this to be a sick person without a soul and hope karma hits him hard because if given the opportunity i would love a shot a him. Get him off the keyboard and drag him out of his moms basement and into the street to face the @$$ beating of his life I loved customCOD nerd was doing a very selfless thing and was spit on I hope he is able to minimize the damage to his personal life. this is a shame R.I.P customcod.com If anyone know who did this speak up your site could b next. thank u nerd and all of the customcod team for endless goodtimes and a great hall of fame call of duty site

Good God man, we, the community are a community because we love the game. The devs love $$$$$$$$$. If enough cracked games are used then the devs will get mad about the loss of so much $$$$$ and stop making the game(s). You can go back to playing solitaire or mine sweeper then.

Piracy hurts the community dont kid yourself by thinking otherwise....

Normally I dont derail threads but come on Modsonline dont close this thread simply because I have chosen to slap down a stupid idea that piracy doesnt hurt the community.

Back on topic. Codnerd is no god, his site got hacked, he provided some good to the community, he should have been more careful about passwords and such. Lesson learned the hard way. Get over it. I have Kleenex for those who need it. Some of you need to get out and enjoy the summer weather.

I dont post much, more of a troll. but having been an avid "consumer" of the custom cod site for the zombie maps and such ... I sort of feel like I should comment here.
I learned to map about 8 years ago from a guy named marko (many of the old timers will remember him). Between marko and this modonline site, I cut my teeth and learned the ins and outs of radiant.
As I went from 1 kid to 3, my free time became less and less, and it was directly b/c of that that I came to truly appreciate those who ran sites such as the custom cod site.
Regardless of who this guy used to be, or what he used to do, he has been very valuable to me. I wish I would have taken the time to tell him that. It is not easy to run a site such as he did. It is a consuming job that pays nothing, and costs a LOT in terms of time and $.
I will miss the seervice he provided! ANd I am thanking him now for all he did for the communitty in the past.
