Hey. Does anybody know the working script for the xmodel flakvierling. I have seen this xmodel used before to shoot down planes (not literally) but i have checked out the cod:uo script for this but it doesnt seem to work. Does anybody have the cod2 script for this xmodel to work?

I do beleive it just works like a regular mg. I've tried it myself a few times never really got it working however I just realized that in multiplayer your supposed to use static models hahaha I'll let you know if I come up with anything. I also added you to xfire i'm sherlokpwnz

The usable flakvierlings in UO were classed as vehicles, CoD2 doesnt have vehicles in MP so you're going to have to do a lot of a scripting and possibly some modelling to get them to work

if you mean you want a auto shooting flakvierling for singleplayer, you could try to understand how the flak88 works (read the forum), and combine it with the code used in duhoc_assault.gsc ;)

You can't just simply take the UO script and add it into CoD2 MP. It will not work. You whould have to script the whole thing.
Few tips for coding.
1. Keep the script as short as possible.
2. Don't comment every line. Only comment portions where they may be needed to point something out.
3. Don't over complicate the script, keep it organized and easy to read.

These help you find simple errors and makes it easy to make changes.

so download that map open the iwd file with winrar or pakscape and try to find the gsc. all you really need to pay attention to is the targetnames. the question is. does it need to be a script_brushmodel or what when you put the flakveirling in radiant.
