sorry for the late reply i have been at home over the easter weekend.

I dont quite understand you problem. Do you mean why cant you snap an object to the grid in ms3d?

Can you please rephrase it or check the grammer :s

Ok Janova it is no problem but I tought that I have asked a very difficult question :)

Ok i try it again to explain :)

If you make a vbrush in CODRadiant and you would make it fit on the grid then you use CTRL-G if i do the same thing in Milkshape3D then you can see that it then fit's on the grid , if I make the grid bigger and make it fit on the grid then I see that te vertexes are moving to the new positions on that bigger grid.

Hope you understand this ? ( it is hard to explain for me because i'm used to CODRadiant )

Now my question over Lightray3D ; why if i make a cube or box and willing to fit it on the grid nothing of the vertexes moved , if I make the grid after the creation of the cube or box bigger.

It sounds simple but is this normal for Lightray3D.
Is this grid raster in Lightray3D only as a background image or can i use this grid raster usefull for placing vertexes on it.

That's all ( i'm drowning in my own question ) :)

o right. i understand. I have never used lightray :p, so i wouldn't know. sorry i cant help.

Is it very important that your model fits the grid? If so, have a look in help files for shortcut keys etc.soory i cant be of more help.

Ok Janova I belief it now , But don't put the energie into this problem I will search further on the web.
