i'd be inclined to rename the .map and work my way through the zone file....then see wot doesnt work

get posting if your stuck....i'd avoid a reinstall tbh

Well renamed every file, made new iwi,s

Checked every file for mp_stalingrad referense

Even removed all mp_stalingrad files...on my pc

The map loads see chessboard then menu with my loadingscreen

Minimap works but fx doesn,t show up in game..

Also if i wanna join server with mp_corrosion it says i have not the

same mp_stalingrad.ff go figure theres not a mp_stalingrad file on

my pc anymore ...

or vista has a SPECIAL hiding place somewhere....

If you have any fix let me know or you wanna go at it i upload files

going to wait a day or 3 before i do reinstall and remove game

and modtools and make ''clean'' start..

Check these directories:

appsdata (don't remember the full vista address)
\mods\mp_stalingrad\mp_stalingrad.ff
\mods\mp_usermaps\mp_stalingrad.ff
\mp_usermaps\mp_stalingrad.ff

Probably missed something, but check all of those locations just in case. Does that error occur AFTER loading your usermaps? Or before?

What would be really nice is if Treyarch would look out beyond their Ivory Tower and see what is what in the community. If they had bothered to do so then they would have seen that there was already a map, a great map, running on many servers with the same name. But no......

The result of this indifference is that not only did they give us some crap maps but they also in essence have messed up a server favourite and caused a mapper many hours of trying to fix his map to work around something that Treyarch could have prevented....

Good Work there Treyarch!!!!! Get your heads out of yours asses sometimes.......

maybe i messed up renaming mapfile and there still some part of mp_stalingrad in new ff file..

whats the best way too make new mapfile and a clean ff file...

looks awesome cant wait to play some rifles only on that!! when's it coming out?
