I posed the question at the start of this week's live show, do you as a listener of the show want us to use a different deliver agent other than stickam? We often run into issues using stickam, but we also have a number of followers thanks to them.

I know Stryder isn't interested in registering at another site. I don't blame him, with all the sites we end up signing up for and then leaving just to end up with more spam as a result. However, I would also like to hear from you.

Even if you don't have a yes/no answer, I'd like to read your opinion.

I have to agree with Stryder on this one as well. I avoid sites that require me to sign on at least 90% of the time. (Unless it involves a purchase or something along those lines)

I think just having patience and working through the issues is enough to maintain the current status until there is something better out there of which we won't mind signing up to another site to hear or participate with the broadcast. I honestly think we have the best community out there and everyone who listens in appreciate how much time and effort is put into it. Besides I think everyone who does listen is waiting for the "What the **** is going on now!" statements from foyle.

Keep going your doing great.

Cheers

I sometimes wonder... "Why is that frisbee getting larger?" .............and then it hits me.

Personally, what ever you guys do is fine with me either way. I personally can only watch the live broadcast 25 to 30 persent of the time. Most of the time while you are setting up audio and video seem ok for the most part, but about 75% of the time as soon as the show starts, or shortly after, heavy lag sets in. I know it's not your fault it's stickam. It wouldn't be so bad if I could stay in chat, shut down the video and keep the audio, it might not be as laggy. It usually gets to the point were it is impossible to watch, and I have to wait till Friday and watch the recorded show. Thats ok, but still not the same as the live version. I have checked my internet connection before each show and it's fine, so my assumption is that it is stickam. I know stickam is free, and you gotta go with what you have. So if you stay with stickam I can watch the recorded show, but if you find something else, hopefully it broadcasts better and I can join in live. Either way guys, it's ok, at the end of the day, you guys run the show, and you all have to deal with all the stuff stickam puts you through. So if you find something else, just make a post here, and I am sure all the Modsonair peeps will follow. Keep up the good work guys.
