Hummmm.
Looks like you have a lot of custom pk3 files in main. Try removing them to a folder somewhere and try compilling again.

make sure your using this to compile:

c:
cd \program files\call of duty\tools\bin

q3map -basedir "call of duty" ..\..\main\maps\mp\Yorkshire.map
pause

q3map -basedir "call of duty" -vis -fast ..\..\main\maps\mp\Yorkshire.map
pause

flare -fast -sundiffusesamples 10 -dumpoptions ..\..\main\maps\mp\Yorkshire.map

try running a compile with verbose turned on....add a -v to your .bat lines

this may give you some indication on what the compiler is stumbling on (20 minutes isnt that long to wait BTW)

also make sure that non essential programs are stopped for your compile, and ensure that the editor is closed when compiling [angryalien]
