anyone that can help me with this error "(!) UNRECOVERABLE ERROR: EXE_ERR_HUNK_ALLOC_FAILED256" I would really appreciate it. I have read that it may be that I need to allocate more memory to something, I just don't know what. It is also a thought of mine that I may need to delete registry values to uninstall radiant and launcher do to there not being an option to unistall, this is only a theory though.

This can be due to a couple of things, but for now try these:

Close all unneeded programs before compiling your map, and also increase your memory paging to around the 4GB mark.

Then try again. :)

Had same Problem..
The way I fix it. which is not realy a fix..but works..
I just made a new user on my system.. log in..
started the launcher.. and compiled my map..
no error..
Just to note.. I found out it is just when you build fastfiles, do you get this error...
