I think we, the players of theses great games and members of mods online can champion this cause and turn around
the dreadfull emtpy custom server problem.

custom maps will prolong the life of your favourite, Call of Duty Game, and mods online members can champion this cause.

my idea is for mods online members to vote for the best,
clans will be reborn,
mods online will grow,
and players of Call of Duty will rejoice.

just 1 little idea to help kick start ideas.

I posted here, because this post is not about one game, it's about all the cod series and can also stretch to any other game

A nice custom map server i just played in:

Short summary:
Good redirect, was able to use all of my broadband connection (1.5mb/s). Nice selection of custom maps: mp_506th (new carentan), mp_mythicals_farm, mp_kwalajein, mp_line_of_fire.
Only downside in my opinion is that the only gametype being played is DM, some more variation would be nice. But overall I would give this server a rating of 8/10.

I play here a lot it's for united offensive base assault, i'm not a clan member but it's very friendly to all and although there are not many maps in the rotation they are good and the modded vehicles are a very nice touch.

great maps, great players

this is a great idea and i think there should be a server listing on the font page of mods online
separated in to sections: game, location (EU, US, Asia etc)

always new maps, excellent quality of maps and good, friendly players. Semi Real openwarefare mod, fun realism i think they call it :)
and the forum is busy with server requests and feedback. They also host a map pack (1GB) for their server for impatient ppl :)

Based in Germany so very good pings for all of EU I get 40 from West England
