hi i have made 2 zombie maps now.
following the tutorial on this site.
but evry time i try to test it, it gets to the activision logo and crashes?
and then the screen goes black.
please help me
i really want to make zombie maps but whats the point if i can't test them

I haven't made one of them babies in a while but try /devmap map name (IE. /devmap nazi_zombie_bunker)

it does this when its missing something you have done something wrong

does it give u an error? does it freeze on the activision logo?

ok this is what i did-
1-used launcher (created a spmap,opened radient)
2-opened my map deleted all and built a simple map (zombie spawn,player spawn, 2 windows)
3-saved map
4-compiled map (with NO errors)
5-opened CoDWaW(SP) and launched usermaps mod
6-opened consol typed /map nazi_zombie_pls (i have tried /devmap , spmap ....)
7-it opens starts to load, gets to the activision logo then the sound crashes, and it all goes black (i CANNOT even cnt+alt+del)
8-i resart my computer (while swearing alot) and come on here asking for help lol

the above is what i did i did not change any .cgs files or anything else (if i have forgot something please tell me lol )
and no, no error just black lol

I remember I had this same exact error but I can't remember. Do you have all the zombie scripts from the tutorial?

i have downloaded the files from the tutorial if that is what you mean?

try turning on developer and developer_script:
\set developer 1
\set developer_script 1

also - in launcher try the 'run map' checkbox and hit compile.
it might work as I have something similar that I have to use a certain command that that checkbox does.
