I have been chasing circles for long enough.

Code:
playLoopedFx(level._effect["fx_ray_sun_xxlrg_linear"], 0.1, (-13213 ,8312 ,1000), 0, anglestoforward ((-13213 ,8312 ,1000)), anglestoup((-15616 ,8312 ,1000)));


I am trying to put godray effects and other similer effects that reqire certain angles.
I have tried what others have suggested with putting out 3 script origins for start middle and end points but with no luck so far.
Has anyone cracked this cos without changing the angles some effects are useless without it.
Any help please.

so is it the simple fact that no one is using angle effects or everyone has just resorted to using cheap cauk copies to do there godrays?

I use clientside effects so I'm not sure how to use that FX method, you can drop an entity in your map, rotate it to the angle you need, copy the angles from the entity dialogue ("N") and use it in your script.
